Holistic Keys

Holistic Keys to Health

Services & fees.

Seven doorways into the same practice. Work with me 1:1, join a seasonal retreat, or begin with a single gentle step. Below is everything I offer, with fees written plainly.

01 · Nutrition Advice

Nutrition Advice: Eating that feels like coming home.

Non-restrictive, culturally rooted, and tuned to your body's real life. For women tired of diet culture and ready for something that lasts.

We work with the foods of your life — jollof, eba, pepper soup, dates, olive oil — not against them. Together we'll untangle the relationship between your cycle, sleep, energy, and meals. You'll leave with a gentle, sustainable protocol you actually want to follow.

Especially suited for hormonal concerns, gut health, peri-menopause, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding trust with food after years of restriction.

  • Hormonal health
  • Gut health
  • Postpartum
  • Intuitive eating
  • Culturally rooted

02 · Neurodivergent Diet Intervention

Neurodivergent Diet Intervention: For children whose difference is not a diagnosis to manage.

A specialist diet intervention programme for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children — ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences — drawing on the growing evidence linking nutrition, gut health, and cognitive function.

Most Nigerian parents navigating neurodivergence are given a diagnosis and very little else. This programme is the practical "what next" — a structured protocol that considers your child's specific presentation, your household's food culture, and what is actually available to buy in Lagos, Abuja, or from a diaspora kitchen.

We work together across four to six weeks: an initial in-depth assessment, a customised dietary protocol, and two follow-up sessions to adjust and reinforce. Between sessions you have access to me by message for questions.

  • ADHD
  • Autism spectrum
  • Sensory processing
  • Gut-brain axis
  • Parent training

03 · Talk Therapy

Talk Therapy: Faith-integrated 1:1 care.

Private, confidential sessions for anxiety, depression, grief, marital difficulty, parenting, and the in-between seasons that don't have a clean name.

I work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, narrative therapy, and compassion-focused approaches — always within a framework that respects your faith as central to your wellbeing, not peripheral to it. No session will ever ask you to leave that part of yourself at the door.

Most clients meet weekly or fortnightly. We'll agree a rhythm in our first session and reassess as we go.

  • CBT
  • Narrative therapy
  • Compassion-focused
  • Islamic framework
  • Women & couples

04 · Mindfulness & Yoga

Mindfulness & Yoga: A steady seat, under stress.

An eight-week programme drawing on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and contemplative Islamic practice. For women whose minds have been too loud for too long.

We'll build a daily practice you can actually keep — ten minutes, most mornings — and weave it through the moments that need it most: before hard conversations, during sleepless nights, after difficult news. Each week has a theme (breath, body, thought, emotion, voice, kindness, fear, acceptance) and a simple home practice.

We meet for sixty minutes, once a week, online or in-person in Lagos. Between sessions you have audio guides, a light reflective workbook, and access to me by message for short questions.

  • 8 weekly sessions
  • Audio guides
  • Reflective workbook
  • Between-session support
  • MBCT

05 · Islamic Counselling

Islamic Counselling: Both worlds. One door.

For Muslim women navigating grief, relationship difficulty, family pressure, and faith questions — with a practitioner who holds both Islamic knowledge and psychological training as equal tools.

This is not religious advice, and it is not therapy that happens to mention Allah. It is a practice where Quranic wisdom and evidence-based psychology are held together — because for many Muslim women, being asked to separate them is being asked to split in two.

Sessions may draw on concepts of sabr, tawakkul, and the Islamic understanding of the nafs alongside cognitive and narrative approaches. You will never be told to choose between your deen and your healing.

Open to Muslim women at any point in their faith journey — devout, questioning, or somewhere in between.

  • Faith-integrated
  • Sabr & tawakkul
  • Cognitive approaches
  • Women
  • Diaspora-welcome

06 · Career Counselling

Career Counselling: The work outside the work.

For women at a career crossroads — returning after a break, navigating a hostile workplace, retraining, or trying to build something of their own alongside the relentlessness of everything else.

Career difficulty is rarely just about work. It is about worth, about what we were taught our ambitions were allowed to be, about what happens when a role that was supposed to give us identity gives us anxiety instead.

We work with your actual situation — the constraints, the politics, the family expectations — rather than a generic framework designed for someone with a clear runway and no competing obligations. Sessions are practical and psychological in equal measure.

  • Career transitions
  • Return to work
  • Self-employment
  • Burnout
  • Work-life realities

07 · Child Protection Training

Child Protection Training: Keeping children safe.

Professional training in child safeguarding and protection — for schools, community organisations, mosques, churches, and any group working with children in Nigeria.

This training is grounded in Nigerian child protection law and the realities of Nigerian institutional life — not imported frameworks that assume safeguarding infrastructure that doesn't exist here. We cover recognition of abuse indicators, mandatory reporting obligations, creating a reporting culture, and supporting children who disclose.

Delivered as a half-day or full-day workshop, in-person in Lagos or online for distributed teams. Suitable for educators, community leaders, youth workers, and parents seeking structured knowledge.

This is serious, specialist work. If you are unsure whether your organisation needs it, write. It is better to ask.

  • Safeguarding
  • Nigerian child law
  • Schools & NGOs
  • Workshops
  • In-person & online
