Your mind has been loud for too long, and you need a practice that can meet you in ordinary life: before a hard conversation, during a sleepless night, or in the quiet minute before the day begins again.

Mindfulness & Yoga: A steady seat, under stress.

We'll build a daily practice you can actually keep — ten minutes, most mornings — and weave it through the moments that need it most: before hard conversations, during sleepless nights, after difficult news. Each week has a theme (breath, body, thought, emotion, voice, kindness, fear, acceptance) and a simple home practice.

We meet for sixty minutes, once a week, online or in-person in Lagos. Between sessions you have audio guides, a light reflective workbook, and access to me by message for short questions.
